Harrison Associates Case Managers work with highly complex cases on a daily basis.

The cases we manage employ a variety of care packages, whether they are managed through agency care, friends or family or directly employed carers.

For us, this makes it essential that our Case Managers are highly skilled in assessing the client's needs and advising on what care approach is best for them, as at the heart of our approach lies the complete freedom of choice and empowerment of our clients to be part of the decision-making process, especially when it comes to choosing the delivery of personal care.

For example, where the client may choose to employ agency care, Harrison Associates Case Managers will identify the best fully vetted providers, conduct comprehensive due diligence, and support our clients to make the right choice.

Alternatively, should the client wish to go down the route of directly employed care, we will be on hand to fully assess care needs, produce a care plan, and complete the recruitment process and further management. This would then include our Case Managers writing the care plan, inducting care workers, and facilitating all training, supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings to ensure all needs are met effectively.
