Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled LinkedIn Social Media and Digital Communications Specialist to represent Harrison Associates, key executives, and the senior team. This individual will be responsible for building a strong LinkedIn presence, engaging through thought leadership, and driving our brand message across LinkedIn, email marketing, and blog channels. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of professional social media, content creation, and digital communications in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation and Curation:
- Develop, schedule, and publish LinkedIn posts on behalf of Harrison Associates, key executives, and the senior team.
- Curate and create content relevant to case management, expert witness services, and healthcare industry trends to position our team as thought leaders.
- Produce blogs that showcase industry insights and company expertise for use on our website and LinkedIn.
- Email Marketing Integration:
- Collaborate on the development of email marketing campaigns that feature LinkedIn content, blog posts, and industry updates.
- Integrate LinkedIn highlights, blog content, and announcements into email newsletters to maintain cohesive messaging across channels.
- Support the creation of email content that nurtures leads and enhances engagement with existing clients and partners.
- Digital Engagement and Networking:
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct messages on LinkedIn to foster relationships with industry professionals.
- Network within relevant LinkedIn groups, engage with posts from industry leaders, and participate in key discussions relevant to our field.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track LinkedIn and email marketing performance metrics to assess engagement and reach.
- Provide monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations to improve overall digital engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn, email marketing, or social media platforms for professional organisations or executive teams.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to align with Harrison Associates and senior leaders’ voices.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (such as Mailchimp, Woodpecker etc.) and LinkedIn analytics.
- Prior experience in healthcare, case management, or a similar industry is a plus.
