We may obtain information to fulfil our case management obligations to you, as well as further clinical information to provide case management to you, including instructing third party health professionals where appropriate.

• Family/guardian contact details
• School address and contact details
• Solicitor details

What we do with the information we gather and what it is used for?

• Internal record keeping
• Preparing an Immediate Needs Assessment report.
• To provide case management and rehabilitation care to you, and to instruct appropriate third parties to help you with your care.

We are committed to ensuring that all information is stored securely. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place highly encrypted electronic systems and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Privacy Policy

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when working with Harrison Associates, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement and the lawful basis for doing so.  This policy is effective as from today.

How long we keep your information for

Harrisons Associates will keep your information for 6 years. After this, we will remove your information from our records.

If you don’t want us to keep or use your Personal Information, please contact us and we will remove it.
